A Southern Christmas Returns

Christmas Mini Sessions in Hilliard, Florida | November 7, 2026

Some settings are simply too special not to bring back.

I first created this rustic Christmas setting in 2023, and it quickly became one of my absolute favorites. With snow-dusted trees, wrapped presents, cozy textures, and just the right amount of Southern charm, it feels festive without losing the warmth and personality that make your family’s photographs feel like you.

So, for one day only, it’s coming back.

Christmas Mini Sessions will take place on my private property in Hilliard, Florida, on Saturday, November 7, 2026. I don’t offer Christmas minis every year—and I may not bring them back next Christmas—so if you’ve been waiting for them, this is your chance.

One festive rustic Christmas setting

Please note: Because this setting is framed inside the back of a cattle trailer, space is limited. Sessions are designed for smaller immediate families

What to Wear

Think classic Ralph Lauren Christmas—rich, timeless, cozy, and beautifully layered.

Deep greens, navy, burgundy, camel, cream, denim, chocolate brown, subtle plaids, leather boots, and textured knits will photograph beautifully with this setting. You can coordinate without everyone wearing the exact same thing by choosing two or three complementary colors and mixing in different textures and patterns.

Please avoid bright Christmas reds, neon colors, large logos, and overly matching outfits. Softer, deeper tones will complement the rustic setting and keep the focus on your family and the moments we create together.

More Than a Christmas Card Photo

These aren’t your traditional “sit still, look at me, and say cheese” Christmas minis. Of course, I’ll make sure we get that one beautiful smiling portrait for your Christmas card—and Grandma’s frame.

But then I want you to forget about the camera.

Snuggle your babies, make each other laugh, and let your children be themselves. If you know me, you know I’m not a “cheese and smile” photographer. I’m watching for the way your child reaches for your hand, the look you share with the person you love, the belly laughs, and even the wonderfully imperfect moments that make your family yours.

This is about connection. It’s about the people standing in front of my camera and preserving a little piece of their story exactly as it feels right now.

If this setting feels like your family, don’t wait to reserve your time.
